I want my classes to be like an ice cold bath on

Belt
Felicia
is an accomplished and passionate actress with over thirty years of
international experience in theatre, film, T.V., voice and movement (jazz,
modern, ballet, tap, Spanish, character). She has danced nationally in
musicals and musical revues and was dance captain for the Quebec premiere
of "Nunsense" (1988-89).
Felicia

workshops and conferences nationally, among them the Y.M.C.A.'s continuing
education program, Fitforces, Canfit Pro and "Burlesque
Etiquette".
Felicia
has been involved in, and also taught fitness since 1985 nationally. Among
her diverse clientele, she taught physical and visual relaxation
techniques to reduce stress levels and increase the productivity of
employees in a corporate setting..
She
has been described as a dynamic teacher who puts people at ease
immediately and who cultivates the best in each individual. Her recent Nia
workshop for W.A.C.T. (Women Act In Theatre) sponsored by Canadian Actors
Equity was a big success. Here is what some of her students have said:
"...with
Felicia's leadership and encouragement I felt better than I have since all
my physical problems began. She gave me the courage not to think of myself
as broken and I definitely benefited enormously from the classes."
- Joanna Noyes
"...Felicia
is an amazing and generous teacher. She communicated to us the freedom to
move and to be expressive and free. Her energy is contagious and made me
look forward to my classes even more..." - Stephanie Breton
"My
wish as a movement teacher is to empower human beings through music and
movement," says Felicia. As I grow and develop in my own
movement practice, my deepest desire is to inspire people to grow
mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually."
