New class this Fall                                   

Due to popular demand, we are adding another class to our schedule starting in September 8th 2008.  Every Monday night from 6h00pm - 7h00pm. More Nia to feel great about your body!  Classes will be held at a beautiful spacious studio located in the Plateau region - right across from Mont-Royal metro!
